Construction Trades Project Personnel Manager - Domestic Property Maintenance Contracts Installation Management.

 

Our client is a major provider of reactive maintenance services to domestic properties around the UK.

 

They currently require a Personnel Manager / Project Coordinator to join their team based in Winsford Cheshire on a permanent basis.

 

You will be skilled in managing trades personnel, coordinating field based teams and relationships with tradesmen and trades companies such as roofers, joiners, electricians, plumbers and heating engineers.

 

You will react quickly to domestic breakdowns and mobilise and coordinate skilled tradesmen to site in line with maintenance contracts, ensuring a timely and effective response.

 

You should have a strong background within the Civil, Construction or Trades background as a Personnel Manager, Project Manager or Project Coordinator ideally within the domestic property side of construction and will be instrumental in designing and developing the reactive maintenance process of the business.

 

This is a role that requires an excellent level of customer service, coordination and flexibility, working sometimes to tight deadlines in a fast paced and challenging environment.

 

Basic salary for this role will range between £35-40K plus benefits.
